"Folded Up Flag", written by Eddie Sanders, Dennis Crouch and Don McAfee, is a timely and patriotic tune with a strong message backed by a beautiful stripped-down, musical arrangement.
"Folded Up Flag" is an original song, written by myself, Dennis Crouch, and Don McAfee. While this song is our attempt at showing respect for all the veterans who serve and have served; it also spotlights those often forgotten heroes, the family members of those that gave their all.
We as a nation should remember the daily sacrifice given by all of the members of those men and women in our armed forces. The time spent away from family alone is a sacrifice in itself. Like a line in the song says, "freedom is more expensive for some".
I would also like to add a thank you to Tim, Glen, Dennis and Wes on this cut. They did a great job in capturing a subdued patriotic feel that matches the song perfectly." - EDDIE SANDERS
